Mick Riches is the casework specialist at GPS.

Like others on our team, Mick started his career with an extensive apprenticeship at Steinway in London. He advanced to being their Senior polyester specialist during his 16 years as an employee with Steinway.
On leaving Steinway Mick established his own business. He continued to work for Steinway on a contract arrangement, but also established working relationships with many of London’s other leading piano and also respected piano companies across the U.K.

Under GPS he has undertaken work in homes and on concert stages as far afield as Singapore.

Mick’s skills in this very specialist field are second to none. His work is simply superb. He has the ability to restore pianos which appear to be at the end of their lives back to ‘as new’ condition. He is a great asset to the GPS team.
